PE: Stock, Resources and deviantART RelatedStock & Resources
I see Stock & Resources as a category of art on deviantART where the entire focus is on helping others and providing them with what they need. This helps artists of any medium! Photomanipulators for example rely heavily on the stock photos they find here. If you draw or paint, digitally or traditionally, many stock photos can be hugely helpful as reference, as can line art and textures. There's literature templates, fonts, fractal and vector resources, designs & patterns for artisans and crafters.. and then there's tutorials for any kind of art, and about deviantART itself.
So one great way to contribute something to the community and your fellow artists is to provide such resources!
We will not go into this in depth as it has its own Community Volunteers and Project Educate weeks that should help you get started!

Displaying JournalsOn your page you can have the Featured Deviation Widgets where you can display your favourite Deviations from your Gallery.
Also you can use them to display your Journals. Here is how to do that:

#1 All you have to do is edit the Widget by clicking on the little Pencil icon

Normally you would get the following:

#2 Here you have to click on the Choose A Deviation button.

#3 In the Search field you should type in one of your Journal's title and your Features, Interviews or other.
Of course at first your deviations are showing up and you can select one, but if you type in anything elso to the field, everything related to it comes up.
Pick the one you would like to be displayed.
Important: You have to change to Normal View (if you have Premium Membership) b

deviantART Birthday is a gallery exclusively for artwork created for deviantART's Birthdays. This can be a birthday present for deviantART, a tribute to deviantART or something created for an event hosted by deviantART on their Birthday.

Also, sorry it's been so quiet in this neck of the woods. Still struggling to finish buying a house, juggling the oldest's therapies and sports and OCD behaviors, as well as handling just a few personal things. In a month or so, I hope my life is finally settled and I can get back into some kind of happy routine.

Moving forwards with the praising life project: learn how you can contribute. A quote and artist will be featured as often as I can.
I am hoping to reach at least 300 inspiring messages from the community if I can.

At the end of this year, 2013, ten calenders and 16 three month PMS will be given away to inspired deviants.(that means random/anyone.
